Welcome to IDA FARM STAYS. By booking your stay or accessing our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full or partial payment is required to confirm the reservation.
- Prices may vary based on season, availability, and promotional offers.
- We accept UPI, online banking, and other major payment methods.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 1:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in is available on request, subject to availability.
- Guests must present valid government ID at check-in.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations made 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- refund will be credited with 7 days to your original paymet mode
- Rescheduling may be allowed once, based on availability.
4. Guest Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the property during their stay.
- Any damage caused to property or amenities will be charged accordingly.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and common indoor areas.
- Use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and other activities is at the guest’s own risk.
5. Property Rules
- Only registered guests are allowed inside the premises after 10:00 PM.
- Loud music or parties are not allowed after 11:00 PM unless approved by management.
- Pets are allowed only in designated rooms and with prior approval.
6. Liability Disclaimer
IDA FARM STAYS is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and follow safety guidelines.
7. Use of Facilities
- Use of facilities such as the swimming pool, 4x4 ride, theatre, and other activities must be booked in advance.
- Management reserves the right to restrict access to certain facilities due to maintenance, safety, or operational concerns.
8. Amendments
IDA FARM STAYS reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes via website or email communication.
